annual Father’s Day celebration of Australia’s fantastic muscle car
heritage returns to
Sydney’s Eastern Creek Raceway. And this year it’s going to be bigger

One of the greatest attractions of the
AMC Masters is the chance to rub shoulders with some of Australia’s
legendary muscle car racers. Last year, the many stars that attended the

year in which we pay respects to the legend himself.
When: Saturday 8th September 2007
Meet points: Krispy Kreme Penrith, meet at 8am to depart at 8:30am.
To arrive at Lithgow Showgrounds at 10am for a 10:30am departure.
We are synchronising this event to attend with those ECU members that
are also planning on going up on the Saturday.
Everyone will be asked to bring a small bunch of flowers and to fly a
black ribbon on there aerial (or elsewhere that it suits).

Westmead Children’s Hospital and NRMA Careflight.
The Westmead Children’s Hospital and
NRMA Careflight will receive the money from the entry fee, which is
$15.00 per vehicle, as well as the money raised from the sausage
sandwich stall. Westmead Children’s Hospital and NRMA Careflight will
receive the money raised from the raffles on the day.
We are seeking
help from local businesses for prize donations for the raffles, and for
money donations for the trophies for the cars on the day. Any help in
these areas will help raise more money on the day. Any business that
would like to put on a stall for the day a fee of $60.00 is payable,
which will go to the Westmead Children’s Hospital and NRMA Careflight.

The State Titles will consist of a Show'n'Shine
event and a Welcome BBQ on Saturday and a Mystery
Run and Presentation Dinner on Sunday.
Only 2 hours drive north of Sydney, the Maitland
area is the gateway to the Hunter Region and it is
envisaged that the State Titles will take in such
highlights as the historic Morpeth area and also the
old Maitland Gaol.

as details are finalised.
