Round 2 of the Sport Compact Group
Drag Racing Series heads to Heathcote Park Raceway in Victoria on
January 13th, 2007 for the newest event on the Series calendar, the
SUMMER SLAM.
Victorian's, for the 1st time will
get a real taste of Sport Compact Drag Racing Action with an annual
event to call their own. "We've been looking forward to bringing a Sport
Compact event to Victoria for a long time now and are proud to be able
to do that in 2007 with the Summer Slam" said Ray Box of SCG.
Following on from the hugely
successful, Round 1 of the Sport Compact Group Drag Racing Series at the
2006 Fast Fours Jamboree, the Summer Slam will see all 12 Classes
contested in this Championship Series event.
The Summer Slam is planned to
be an ANDRA Sanctioned event so all vehicles must meet ALL ANDRA Safety
Regulations. Click on the following link to download a basic

stress this is a Guide Only and you must refer
to the ANDRA General Safety Regs in the SCGDRS Rule Book or in the ANDRA
Rule Book.
