Kaniva Look at Ya Toys Car

Vic Dear Vehicle Enthusiast The Kaniva District Progress & Action Association (KDPAA) has been approached to stage the Kaniva Look at Ya Toys car show, which has for the last two years been conducted by the Kaniva Apex Club.The Apex Club has unfortunately closed, but we believe the show has a bright future, so we will be continuing with the event. This years show will see a few major changes, those being $750.00 1st prize - Best Club Display $250.00 Runner up - Club Display We also have a new date and a new partner for the weekend: Saturday 18th February 2006 - Kaniva Showground Sunday 19th February 2006 - Warracknabeal Airstrip Wimmera against Cancer in Kids has for a number of years been raising money to assist Kids with Cancer and early last year they successfully conducted a 1/8th Mile time trial at the Warracknabeal Airstrip (attracting 2000 people). (WACK) with community members have recently formed the Wimmera Off
Street Drag Racing Club. Warracknabeal Aerodrome. It will be held with the assistance of the Ballarat Drag Race Club. This meeting has been sanctioned by the Australian National Drag Racing Association. It also has the support of local government; The Shire of Yarriambiack, the police and other emergency services.
