This weekend should see 80 + karts
take the staters flag in 9 divisions ranging from our 7yr olds through
to the 6 senior groups. All fields are expected to have 10 or more karts
in their class which makes for exciting racing

scheduled for the day .

Cop You Later Rally
DUE to difficulties with public liability insurance,
the second Cop You Later Rally honouring the late Two Wheels columnist
Peter Smith has now changed venues.
The rally will now be held at Wendy Spooner's property at 170 New
England Gully Rd, Moonbi - 20km north of Tamworth.
From Tamworth, turn left at post office onto
Charles St and follow the road for about 1.7km; rally site is over crest
of first hill on right.
Camping and water available, bonfire. No catering
provided, except for free milk and sugar and use of barbecue.
Entry to the rally is free.
Petrol available at Moonbi Caltex on the New
England Highway (opens 6am). Moonbi take-away and liquor store open
until 6.30pm; please try to bring supplies in so you don't have to go
out of rally site again.

Pre 1978 Aussie and
American muscle cars go head to head on the Drag
Strip!
Action will get under way
at 10:00am with a short lunch break around
midday while we sort out the competitors in
readiness for the battle on the track ... and
there will be plenty of time for some good old
fashion grudge racing until we finish on the
track at around 6:00pm.
Presentations will take
place in the huge Event Centre between 6:30 and
7:00pm after which time the Band kicks off till
11:00pm finish ... plenty of time to get up and
dance your socks off!!!
There will be plenty of
Traders on site so you can pick up some really
cool memorabilia while the kids have fun in the
undercover Jumpy Castle... Also there will
be Roller Derby Girls rolling around the place
and the Boogie Bop Dames will be setting up
their famous Hair Salon again if you want a hair
do with a difference!!!

CLASSIC & ENTHUSIASTS MOTOR CYCLE CLUB OF NSW
Annual Show Day
Cooper Street Reserve, Engadine
A number of motorcycle clubs are invited to participate
in the show but all riders are free to enter their bikes.
There is an entry fee of $2.00 which includes a sausage
sandwich, tea or coffee and cold drinks.
The show has been held at this location for the last nine
years and has grown from fifty bikes to almost three hundred in that
time. The competition section introduced three years ago is well
supported with trials bikes to KTT Velos and Manxs.
All bikes are welcome from veteran to modern. The gate
will be open for entrants from 8.30 am.
